CiNKO “December Give-Away” Competition Terms and Conditions

Definitions

  • "Promotion" refers to the CiNKO "December Give-Away" Competition, valid only for this specific campaign and applicable exclusively within CiNKO's operating jurisdictions. This promotion is not applicable to any other CiNKO competitions or programs.
  • "Promotional Period" refers to the period from 16 November 2024 to 14 December 2024.
  • "Eligible Transactions" means qualifying transactions made through the CiNKO Mobile App with a minimum transaction value of $5 USD each, excluding peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers.
  • "Prize" refers to the five (5) $100 USD vouchers available to winning participants, the value of which will be loaded directly to their CiNKO User Accounts as soon as possible, but by no later than 31 December 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. This promotion is open to all verified CiNKO Digital Wallet Users, except for employees of CiNKO and its parent and subsidiary companies, as well as their immediate family members.
  2. To qualify, participants must complete a minimum of three (3) Eligible Transactions during the Promotional Period, each with a transaction value of at least $5 USD.
  3. Only one entry is permitted per CiNKO User Account upon completion of the three (3) required transactions.
  4. Peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions do not qualify for this promotion.
  5. Any attempts to manipulate or abuse the promotion terms or eligibility criteria may result in disqualification. CiNKO reserves sole discretion to determine abuse and enforce     disqualification.

How To Enter

       1. All verified CiNKO User accountholders are eligible to participate.

       2. Upon completing three (3)Eligible Transactions within the Promotional Period, CiNKO Users will automatically be entered into the promotion.

Prize Details

  1. There will be five (5) randomly selected     winners, each receiving a $100 USD voucher. The winners will be randomly selected by CiNKO personnel from an electronic customer database of qualifying entries.
  2. Winners will be notified.
  3. Prizes will be loaded to the corresponding winning CiNKO User Accounts as soon as possible, but by no later than by 31 December 2024.
  4. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives, and will be credited only to the CiNKO User Account that completed the Eligible Transactions leading to     the winning selection.

Notification and Acceptance of Prizes

  1. CiNKO will notify winners via an in-app message, or alternatively by using contact details associated with their CiNKO User Accounts.
  2. If a winner fails to meet further eligibility requirements checks (if any) or respond to communications regarding the promotion winning within seven (7) days, CiNKO reserves the right to void their entry and award the prize to an alternate entrant.
  3. Winners’ names may be used in future promotional materials. Participation constitutes consent for CiNKO to use winners’ names, images, and likenesses for publicity without compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Additional Terms

  1. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as all other applicable CiNKO Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and relevant policies, which apply     throughout the promotion.
  2. CiNKO reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate this promotion at any time, with or without notice, for reasons beyond its control, provided such actions comply with applicable legal requirements and regulations. In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy in these terms, CiNKO’s interpretation shall prevail, and all decisions regarding the promotion shall be final, subject to any mandatory legal provisions.
  3. Participants must use the CiNKO Mobile App to participate, and by doing so, consent to allow CiNKO to collect information necessary for the administration of this promotion.

Prize and Taxation:

By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that any prizes won are subject to applicable taxes and reporting requirements in the jurisdiction(s)where the promotion is run. The winner(s) may be required to pay taxes on the value of the prize(s) as determined by local tax regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to comply with all applicable tax obligations. The organizer reserves the right to report the value of the prize to the relevant tax authorities as required by law. In the event that any taxes, fees, or other costs are incurred as part of the prize, they will be the responsibility of the winner.
